Bootea Review

Displaying IMG_20150424_155947.jpg

I found out about Bootea Teatox about a few months ago and bought the 14 Day Teatox for myself last month. Like with any other diet fad, I had my doubts; not everything works and we all know it. But I was still pretty excited about it and bought the stuff as soon as I could afford it.

The 14 Day Teatox costs £19.99. For a two week thing, it's a pretty good price.

Anyway, I had it without following the eating plan that comes with it because, well... I don't like to not eat. Nevertheless, I still lost some weight from it thanks to the minor chaos that it caused on my stomach. They were not kidding about the laxative effect. Gross, yes, but a necessary part of the weight loss. How else are you meant to lose it?? It made me pee more too. And sweat.

Because I am familiar with the taste of green tea, the taste of Bootea wasn't much of a surprise to me. It probably would be for those who have never had it before. The taste of green tea really is something that you have to get familiar with.

There are quite a few different teatox brands out now but I don't feel comfortable switching to one of those when I know that Bootea works.

If I also followed the eating plan, I know that I would have lost a lot more weight but that wasn't the plan. I just wanted to see if something would happen and clearly something did.

Bootea products are available at Boots and Holland and Barrett, as far as I'm aware, because that's where I've seen and bought them. Bootea also has an online store, their original marketing method, bootea.com.

I've bought another 14 Day Teatox since then. I liked it enough to buy another one and it is a great way to manage your weight when you're a little bit lazy like me when it comes to weight management.

If green tea isn't your thing, there's also a shake and porridge available!

That's all for now. Stay beautiful x

I'm Definitely Leaving

Last night, I booked and reserved a room at uni, with help from my dad, of course...

The time for me to leave home is getting closer and closer and I should be kind of nervous but I'm really not. It's made me so excited! I get to meet new people and do new things (as well as the same things like shopping and going to the cinemas) in another place.

I really can't wait to just do something different now. After the exams are done, I don't have to worry as much as anyone else about the result since I already have a place but the grades do show up on my CV regardless and I want them to be good ones. My last exam is in June, which is great because I can spend most of my days sitting around doing nothing because I'll have nothing to do. That's something that I genuinely do look forward to. I can also get some more hours at work and make it rain on pay day... Kind of. I need that money for student life so...

My student wardrobe is something that I've been working at for a while now, buying new things when I can. I cleaned out my wardrobe at the beginning of this week and it did hit me when I realised how empty my wardrobe actually is. Most of the clothes that were in there, especially the clothes at the bottom of the piles were things that I haven't worn in years and were just giving the illusion that I did have clothes. I definitely want my student wardrobe to be more adult-ish. Less t-shirts, more blouses and shirts; less jersey skirts, more tailored skirts; less denim, more anything but denim; less lace tights, more tights with small patterns. You get the idea. I hope.

Anyway, it is so exciting and I try not to sound mean when I say I'm glad I'm leaving. It's difficult, though. There are some people that I really don't want to see again. But everyone feels that way about someone. I'm pretty sure some people never want to see me again and I'm okay with that. Really. No tears.

That's all for now. Stay beautiful x

Summer Trend: Dungarees

So, this summer, it's definitely all about the dungarees!

Denim dungarees are breaking into the popular fashion world; they're not just for hipsters and little kids anymore...

Denim dungarees - really want a pair of dungarees!!!

I don't really know how the trend happened so fast but I have a feelings it's probably because of jumpsuits and someone seeing an opportunity. My jumpsuit and playsuit wardrobe is growing!

I also have my own dungaree shorts like the ones above. They make me feel tiny. Not skinny. Tiny.
Dungarees are basically in every high street shop now and it won't be long until dungarees are... normal, I guess.

As well as jumpsuits, there is one other thing to blame...
